Care Support Shiho was founded in 2021 by Shioko Se, who lives with ALS. As a resident herself, Shioko established the group home to provide a high level of medical care and a comfortable living environment with 24-hour support. She is deeply involved in the daily lives of the residents and ensures the staff have opportunities to enhance their nursing skills. Despite the challenges of caring for patients with complex needs, the facility has become a place where residents can thrive. Shioko, driven by her personal mission to live a life of purpose, continues to follow her dream.
