In the same series as "The Pierrot Prays to the Moon", which won the "Gold Medal Prize" at the Chicago International Film Festival Television Awards. Mayu is a wife,  mother, and daughter-in-law who lives in a small village surrounded by mountains. Every day, she helps to manage her husband's restaurant,  visits her mother-in-law in the hospital, and misses her son, who is off at school in another city. All the while, she is faced with a lingering sense of sadness at the cards life has dealt her.  One day, before the choir practice she is the pianist for, she meets a composer from Tokyo and starts to fall for him. As time passes, they find that they have a special connection. For Mayu, this connection is at once exciting and confusing. She can't help but think of her duties as a wife and mother. But, when the composer returns to Tokyo, she must decide whether to stay or abandon everything and follow him.
